Trouble...
Just ask anyone with common sense, a desire for liberty and
justice for all, not merely the
rich/Christian/straight/friends of Bush. Soldiers are dying
and being wounded in droves. Women are fighting to protect
their basic right not to be treated as a walking incubator.
Gays and lesbians are under attack for their orientation moreso than
ever in some states. The Christian Right is blurring the line
between Democracy and Theocracy. Corruption, scandal, massive
deficit... These are not positive things. These are not what
America should be about.
... And Desperate Times Call For Dramatic
Changes
The nation needs a fierce, but fair leader, one with a sense
of justice, truth, and strength in her convictions. The nation
needs someone who is willing to travel across the country and
truly hear what the public is saying, and do something about
it. The nation needs someone who will kick ass and take
names, or perhaps vice versa, with the fighting prowess of Sayid
and Chuck Norris. The nation needs someone with a serious case
of Tourette's as deadly as Cartman's verbal assault on Saddam
Hussein in the South Park movie (and, just as Matt and Trey order
you to do via song, you can Blame Canad(i)a(ns) for this
campaign).
The nation needs the ferocity and
superpowers of PIP.
